Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Outkast Printwears LLP (LLPIN ACN-7933, GSTIN 33AAJFO5819N1ZS), the operator of Lenscore at lenscore.app(“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service — whether running a scan, creating an account, or making a purchase — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What you get — service tiers

Lenscore provides AI-visibility audits that measure how AI search engines recommend your brand across a set of buying questions. The Service is offered in the following tiers:

All tier features and prices are subject to change. The price and features displayed on the Service at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to your order.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store raw payment credentials on our servers.

• India (INR): payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, which accepts UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment transaction.
• Global (USD): payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which accepts major international credit and debit cards. Dodo Payments' own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment transaction.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. We issue a GST-compliant invoice on request for Indian purchases; email hello@lenscore.app with your GSTIN and order reference.

For monthly subscriptions (AI Visibility Monitoring), your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds apply.

4. Refund policy

We stand behind the accuracy of our reports. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Factual errors: if you believe your report contains a factual error (for example, an incorrect score caused by a bug in our scoring logic rather than the actual state of your AI visibility), contact us at hello@lenscore.app within 7 days of your purchase. We will investigate and either correct the report at no additional charge or issue a full refund if the error cannot be corrected.
• Change-of-mind: we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with the audit conclusions, as the free scan and sample report are available before any payment is made to allow you to assess the product.
• Non-delivery: if a paid report fails to generate due to a fault on our side and we cannot remedy it within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Subscriptions: no refund is issued for a subscription period that has already begun.

To request a refund, email hello@lenscore.app with your order reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• scan websites or brands for which you do not have authority or a legitimate business interest (for example, scanning a competitor to harvest their data for malicious use);
• use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary scoring methodology, AI probe infrastructure, or report templates;
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Service;
• share, resell, or sublicense report content without our prior written consent;
• submit false or fraudulent information, including misrepresenting your brand or website URL.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these restrictions, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

Our content: all elements of the Service — including the scoring methodology, report format, templates, design, code, and copy — are the intellectual property of Outkast Printwears LLP or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trade-secret law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such ownership to you.

Your content and data: you retain ownership of your brand name, URL, and any data you submit. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to generate and display your audit report and to improve the Service in aggregated, anonymised form.

Your report: once purchased, you may use the audit report for your own internal business purposes (sharing with your team, implementing fixes, presenting to investors). You may not reproduce or redistribute it publicly as a competing product or service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service provides information about how AI search engines currently represent your brand based on our probe methodology at the time of the scan. It is an audit tool, not a guarantee of outcomes.

• We do not guarantee that implementing the fixes in your report will result in any specific change to your AI visibility, revenue, or ranking.
• AI engine responses change continuously and independently of our Service. A score accurate at scan time may differ from what the same engines return days later.
• The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Outkast Printwears LLP excludes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@lenscore.app. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
